Our first free house plan is now available! TheHousePlanSite.com is excited to offer our clients a free house plan. The contemporary house plan is just over 2000 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Some of the unique features this contemporary house plan offers include large floor-to-ceiling windows to take advantage of views, a wetbar / veggie prep station in the kitchen that overlooks the dining room, and a built in desk or homework station in the great room. The full master bath has a separate tub and snail-style shower along with dual sinks and a walk-in closet. The plan was inspired by mid-century modern architecture, but is constructed with conventional framing and manufactured trusses for better insulation capabilities and an easier build vs. post and beam.
